To make this easy for you we have a safe and secure online booking engine where you can easily make your reservation with us directly: We do not sell our rooms on any other booking site, so the rates on our online booking system are the best you will find.

We don’t offer any refund or credits on the room we save exclusively for you at Swell. This includes (but is not limited to) illness/injury, family issues, expired passports, bad weather, sick pets, job commitments, traffic problems, airline delays, relationship breakdowns, etc., etc.
Please don’t ask us for a refund or a credit if you cannot make your reservation at Swell for any reason; we will say no as this is what a travel insurance policy is for and you should have one in place for your trip to Bali.
Travel insurance should also cover you for complete medical care whilst in Bali. If you don't want the risk, don't book a stay in advance at Swell, just contact us a couple of days before you would like to come and we will let you know if we have anything left to offer you.
Likewise, if for any reason you need to extend your stay at Swell, additional charges will apply; we will, of course, provide you with an invoice for any claims you need to raise on your insurance policy.
Our kitchen is strictly out of bounds for guests: We deliberately put Swell close to a whole bunch of good places to get food. If you ask to cook or warm something up, or keep your half-eaten takeaway in the fridge, you will be refused. There are no fridges in our rooms. We will gladly refrigerate medication for you in the Swell kitchen fridge.
Swell is a closed environment (i.e. staff and guests only may enter). Still, it is your responsibility to make sure you have adequate insurance to protect any belongings you bring with you to Swell. Swell will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to your belongings whilst at our hotel; we can vouch for our own staff but, we cannot vouch for fellow guests.
Excursions, surf lessons, surf guiding, etc. are all handled by third-party providers and Swell takes no responsibility for them.
